And she is off.....

It is so funny everyday she gets a little farther and faster and Lydia LOVES it.
Lydia is enjoying the last few weeks of summer with her friends, she has started to ride a 16" bike and is loving being a "bigger" girl. she would play all day with the neighbor kids if she could.
Hannah continues to be Hannah, she is a joy to watch learn and explore her world. We switched her to an over the counter hypo allergenic formula on Sunday and my verdict is out on how she is doing but both the GI and Pediatrician say I have to wait one week before pulling her back off it. I pray they are right. She has been fighting one eye infection after another this month and tonight Kris took her to the Dr and she thinks it is due to her clogged tear ducts and gave us yet another eye drop. Her eye procedure is on the 31st so please say a little prayer for her.

Here are some photos of the last few weeks.

Camping

We swam in the river, had a camp fire, attempted to go to bed (it took her two hours to fall asleep) just to roll off the air mattress onto Amy and then talk all night long! We ventured off to the natural hot springs I've heard so much about since moving to Idaho, pretty sure we won't do that again but hey we had to see.

Hannah is going GREAT!! I hate to write that because every time I do it back fires but we started her on rice cereal last week and she loves it and is doing well and today was the 1st of many test with introducing her to Soy and Dairy again to see if she has outgrown the intolerance. Today she had Multi Grain Cereal (it has soy in it)and she did just wonderful, no reflux, no hives, no crying, no blood in her stool just a happy little baby girl. I pray it continues for the next 5 days and if it does we have the green light to get her baby puffs, Cheerios and oatmeal. She loves her baby food, it is funny she will eat do a loud grunting when you stop and then screams at you if you don't get it in fast enough. She is sitting up all alone now and today she was laying down and she got into sitting position all by herself! Lydia was just so proud. Also today Lydia dove into the swimming pool for the 1st time by herself!

Lydia's 4th Birthday

Wow, I just cant' believe my big-little girl is 4. Where in the world did the last 4 years go. She is so proud to be 4 now, just like her preschool friends! We had a birthday party at the house with 10 of her little friends and of course it was princess theme! We had a blast. Thank you to everyone who sent cards and gifts. We are working on our thanks yous a few everyday.
Here are a few of the photos.

Swim Lessons

Lydia had two weeks of swim lessons and she did great. She even asked us if she could take them again so we have signed her up for another two weeks in August. Here is some video.

We did our annual trip to Downtown (the whole 8 miles it is) to watch the parade. Here are a few snapshots.
